how do u delete apps off of facebook?

I have about 3 or 4 apps I can't get off it's driving me crazy!! can anyone help me. one is >> truth game and r u happy and a couple more >. thanks

Accounts, privacy settings, scroll down to apps and websites. Click on edit your settings. Click on the Edit Settings button next to the apps you use section. Click on the X to the right of the apps.

Here are detailed steps on how to remove apps on your Facebook account.
•Make sure you're logged in to your account
•Click "Account" button found on the upper right hand corner of the page
•Select "Privacy Settings"
•Scroll down the page and look for Apps and Websites. Under that heading, click the option that says "Edit your Settings"

Remove the apps you don't want by clicking the "x" button of the app. Confirm your request and you'll find that the app is no longer on your account.
