Should I text him and tell him I miss him?

So there's this guy that I've been talking to for almost 2 months. He's told me he likes me and has feelings for me. He would text me first everyday but now it's a bit less which I understand cause I know school and stuff makes you busy/tired. One time we didn't talk for a day and he texted me telling me how he felt like he hasn't talked to me in so long. And he has said he misses me and thinks about me. On Sunday, he was at a party and he texted me at 2:51 AM asking me if I was awake. I was sleeping, I texted him in the morning and asked him what's up and if he had a good time and he said "yes I did but then I started to think about you so I texted you :$" He liked my profile picture on Facebook last night but didn't talk yesterday and all day today so far so I'm wondering if I should text him and tell him I miss him?
