I need to change my facebook groups profile pic!!! How the hell do i do this!!!!?

I just made a group on facebook. I am now trying to put a pic up as the profile pic but it is not letting me. I cant find a button or anything anywhere!!! Its pissing me off. Someone plz help

When you click on your group, you'll see that at the top, there are pictures of the people in your group as thumbnails. Hover over that and on the right side, you'll see a little icon. Using that, you can upload a picture. Facebook uses the new timeline theme for groups so now it's just a timeline picture on groups, not a group profile pic. Hope this helps!
