Is it true that Facebook shows people on your profile's friends list if they stalked you?

I have this friend who is sooo freaking paranoid that her crush "stalks" her because his picture shows up on her profile. (the section where it shows ur friends)

or is it where YOUU stalked them the most? or is it most interacted or what? D:

There is an app that shows who all and how many times a certain person has looked on your Page. I hope this helps just by looking at your friends list there is no way to see who has check out your page.
