It says on facebook that it dosnt have access to my photos , how do i change that ?
When i try to upload it & its says go to privacy & change it but the privacy thing dosnt say anything about photos , what should i do ?

I assume you mean on you phone? I had the same problem. You have to go to the photo settings and turn on the access to for Facebook to access you photos
