Does anyone know how can I stop recieving emails from Facebook groups?

I "liked" some groups on FB and now they send me so many useless emails,i dont know how can i stop them?!?i changed all the email settings on FB but it didnt work
they still send me hundreds of emails everyday

Leave the group chat? Or go to settings-email options- and turn off getting emails.

If u change the option on Facebook and it still don't work, drag the email Facebook sent to u to the spam, and if they send to u again, it will automatically go to spam

If your email allows it, make a section in your email that redirects all emails from facebook so that you can check them if you want but they dont show up in your main email, i know that you can do this with gmail.
