Does adding a job to your profile on facebook show up in news feeds?

Will anyone be notified (Friends who are subscribed to me) if I add a job to my profile. I'm talking about the option in your profile settings to add a place of business...?? Will that appear in news feeds or the little constantly updating/scrolling notification thing on the right side of the screen when on facebook...? Thanks
What if I edit the privacy to only me, change/add a job, then edit the privacy again to public. Will they be notified then?

I think so, Facebook loves to notify people what you do.

It wouldn't if you edit the privacy settings to "Only Me" view. I did that once and it didn't show up in my friends' newsfeed. (I asked)

Yeah , it will . You could always post it and then there should be a " hide from newsfeed " option above it .
