Tracing Facebook hacker with Accounts permission.?
My friend's facebook account has been hacked by someone, who is now saying some.. unsavory.. things to his girlfriend as some other friends of his. As his mate I'm taking on the challenge of trying to track this jerk down, his IP is hidden under the account settings section(so hes not a complete idiot), and I was wondering if any of you had any tips or tricks I could use. I've hacked accounts and logged data from various small websites before, but facebook isnt happy with sharing its connection logs.
I have experience with programming languages like C#, python, ruby, some C++, and I dabble in a few others in case any of you were wondering. Thanks in advance. Ads |

That is for sure a serious invasion of privacy. The best thing to do is to go here facebook.com/hacked
there are steps laid out on what to do in this instance. As far as tracking the criminal down, I wouldn't put too much hope into finding out exactly who is doing it. Proxy servers are all too easy to come by and I'm sure this person is probably using one. Also would probably be a good idea to use the https://facebook.com instead of the http:/ from now on, it they are not already using the secure server, they should be. This probably isn't much help to your question, but a defensive action is probably the best first step in this situation. Ads |
