Facebook wont let me use account for 24 hours... how to fix?

I was sending my friend a link via facebook chat and I sent it multiple times for emphasis. Facebook then logged me out and said i had a virus and that for security reasons I couldn't use the account for 24 hours. Is there any way to get around this because I really need to use the account. HELP pleassssseeeeeee
It is besides the point why I need to use the account so often or if I should just wait the 24 hours. I asked if there was a way around this.
