how can i stop facebook updates to my yahoo email?

i went under notifications, account settings, privacy settings, notifications. there is nothing there to stop yahoo email or email in general. it will not even let me change my email address (primary)

go to your mailbox open an email click the link of the down like
" If you don't want to receive these emails from Facebook in the future, please follow the link below to unsubscribe."
and confirm the UNSUBSCRIBE

click on one facebook mail you got. click 'show details' copy the email address and click option @ the top-left and click 'blocked address' paste the address at 'Add an address' input and click +. you will stop receiving mails from facebook
