Does there any hidden friend option in facebook?

My facebook profile is showing 37 friend in my friend list, but manually I can count only 28 friends in my friend list. Does there any hidden friend option in facebook?

This has been happening for years! Not sure why facebook does this, but no there is no hidden option

Its because some of your friends have deactivated the account

Probebly some account have already been deactivated & Facebook is updating that slow.
