My Twitter account got suspended. help?

it's been a day since my Twitter account got suspended for no good reason. I just woke up yesterday, checked it, and it was gone.

Twitter has sent me no email about why they would suspend my account (which they said they would send; no sign of it anywhere). I already sent them my complaint (filed a ticket) and like I said, it's been a day and no answer at all.

I've been reading around the net and saw a lot of people complaining about this, but their accounts were usually returned to normal after 2 hours max. how come mine isn't?

I do not spam my followers or the people I follow. I might reply a lot, but that's because I have conversations with people; isn't that what Twitter is for?

I also don't do serial unfollowing and following. I choose the people i follow carefully and don't use 3rd party apps to gain a million follows at one time. heck, I don't even ask for follow backs.

I have no idea what else I can do but wait. but if any of you had the same problem before and got their accounts reinstated, PLEASE tell me what you did. what can I do so Twitter would bring back my account?

the first thing u need to confirm: 1.did u load up anything that against the terms of twitter.com ? 2. did u forget your account? if above situation u don't have and twitter still give u no reason, then u can register a new account or just only surf on Facebook...
