How To Control Facebook Apps?

I have 7 Facebook accounts. So when someone sends me messages i have to login to account after i sign out of an other. so i decided to create an app that requires an accsess to users inbox. and i have setted that app to all 7 of my accounts. but there is a problem,

HOW DO I GET AN FACEBOOK APP TO OPEN USERS INBOXES? and how can i see how many users are useing my app.

PS: dont tell me to set email notifications and mail forwarding. i just want to know how to use the app.
