You must be using Firefox?
Maybe if you use Google Chrome or Opera

Ive noticed increased advertising on facebook as of late.. SOME of it is animated but I havent noticed music yet..

Try a different browser first... if you get the same thing Id learn to ignore it because it will probably become a regular thing soon..

If its just in ONE browser.. Scan the computer for malware using a free tool via a google search for "malware removal" or use your anti virus if you have one.

If your courser is placed to the right, it will activate the ad section

2 things you can do to get rid of that crap...
Install Adblock Plus http://adblockplus.org/en/
Install NoScript http://noscript.net/

I have both these on my firefox browser and no annoying ads Wink

It is a new computer only about 1 month - 1 1/2 months old and this keeps happening.

Sometimes I'll be doing stuff on the computer, other times it will just be idle and it will happen.

I updated the graphics drivers, no change.

Anyone know the cause and how to fix it?
