How do you reply to people on Twitter when you aren't following them?
Some people are talking to me on Twitter about my Youtube channel, and me being extremely stupid, I dont know how to answer them when I am not following them. When someone tweets me, I get it sen to my phone, but I can't use that to answer them, it won't work. I don't even know how to find the tweet from them on Twitter since I am not following them, and they aren't following me. Confused help!

you should be able to unless the profile is blocked...u can message tho
