Facebook apps are freezing my laptop.?

I have been using facebook apps for quite awhile with no problems at all. Now it has started freezing. No other windows are open except one for facebook. It happens with farmville, cafe, treasure isle, and several other apps. What can be causing this all of a sudden?
I don't download any of the apps.
Don't know how to check flash plugin

i don't download all my applications anymore because i aquired a virus from one, check the control panel for any weird applications that have shown up by themselves hopefully it wont destroy your harddrive

Try updating your Flash plugin for your browser. Flash games on facebook use quite a lot of resource from your computer and most of the time cause freezes

This last months the increase of farmville players are magnificent. I can honestly state that this game is genuinely addictive and pleasant. The only problem is there are loads of players that are applying cheats to get ahead of the game. My brother really exploited cheats that adverted here http://doiop.com/farmtricks and aft a week of using it, all I can say is Awesome. Is applying this tricks even legitimate? I wish to try it also but He is non sharing the cheats to me. anyone has this thing.. please e-mail it to me please gerto4r@hotmail.com

i suggest you to clear your browser cache and yeah you should check your flash plugin and update it from adobe website
