How to block wall and photos from specific friends on Facebook?

Using the new facebook privacy settings, how can I COMPLETELY block my wall and photos from specific friends. I want to be able to control what my coworkers can see on my profile without completely deleting them.

I could do this using the old privacy settings, but somehow can't figure out how to do exactly this with the new settings.

Its easier now actually. Just click the Custom button next to the Post button & then in the pop up put who you don't want to see the post. Then Save Changes.
