How can I take pictures from my phone and upload them to my Facebook profile picture?

So, my phone won't let me send pictures directly to my Facebook profile. And everytime I send them to an online album, they get all messed up and come out too small. Can someone please tell me how to make them bigger, and preferabley not to have them look crappy or blurry?

blurry is cuz yo didn't hold the phone very still when you took the pic. load it to a file on your computer's hard drive. then go to fb. on the Status line click on upload album. follow the prompts.
