help with facebook privacy setting!?

facebook is just being a retard atm
I edit my privacy settings but my profile appears just the way facebook wants it to!
there's lots of things I'd like to show for people I don't know, and I adjusted it to "everyone"
but when I click preview nothing appears
is that something I can fix?

In privacy settings there's boxes at the side of the list, check the custom box is not ticked if it is tick the 'everyone' box further up.
