Guysss help why would he do this!?

So on thursday me n him was talking about meeting up so that I could come stay w/him for the weekend like I do all the time because he wanted to see me,everything was great he was smiling I was smiling so the day came n I asked him what time to come he said he didn't know he would tell me and meet me ltr because he's going to get a haircut so I'm like okay just let me know so hrs go by I ask him if he's rdy no reply than I wait another few hrs n text him n than it started getting really late so I called n called still no reply so I just stopped calling/texting than the next day I asked him what happened n if he still wanted to see me he didn't reply I wait hrs n hrs n hrs check his twitter he's been on there tweeting n all day I get no reply so finally I stop contacting him for two weeks and just today I called him twice and he didn't answer...So I figured it was over between me n him and he lost intrest or something but I just want to know why he wouldn't answer my phone calls or text that's wrong right?? Has any one been through this with there ex boyfriend?
