I'm still facebook friends with my ex but I get insanely jealous when I see him with other girls?
We broke up over a year ago but remained good friends, we joke around a lot etc. I was convinced I was over him but yet seeing him with other girls on facebook gives me that heart pang/jealousy feeling.

Any suggestions on how to deal?
