i'm trying to like a friends status & a little window pops up that says You don't have sufficient permissions to do that. why is it doing that?

it does that to alot of people, it means you have done alot of that action (liking peoples stuff) and its not letting you do it for a while its kinda like twitter jail, but its liking on facebook.
