how do i publish my uploaded pictures onto my facebook profile?

so i uploaded some pictures in a different facebook album and decided to transfer them into an existing album. it worked but on my profile there's no indication that i published new photos. how do i get that "publish to your newsfeed button" option?

Click on the album you wish to publish. Click edit photos, make the changes you want. Then at the bottom click save changes, it then should ask you if you want to publish them.

OR

Use the Share this album button, found when viewing a album, at the bottom right corner. You can then publish to your wall or send messages to people

What i think you don't need to publish, if you added some new pictures in an album so an update in form of news feeds goes to everyone news feeds at their home page.
