Facebook Everyone Privacy Setting vs. Blocked Profile?

Someone on Facebook blocked me, but I would like them to see an occasional Note I write. If I set the Note's Privacy Setting to "Everyone", can that person who blocked me see my Note?

That's an odd question, they obviously blocked you for a reason, why would you still try to communicate with them after they have so obviously rejected you?
Anyway, No matter what you set your privacy to, if they have blocked you it means you cant see what they write and they cant see you at all. That is the whole point of blocking.
