If I Temporarily deactivate my Facebook account, will I loose my apps?
Specifially my yoville and Sims Social apps? I know I may still have the apps there when i reactivate my account but will all my things on the games still be there as well?

Once you return everything will be untouched so don't worry about apps or photos.

No you won't lose any of those things. You won't lose anything at all, that includes scores, photos, videos and friends etc. Everything you have done on your game will stay the same, it's pretty much like the same as not playing it.
