How Does Facebook Ads work?

I am about to create a Facebook Ad....do I have to pay for it? Or do I make money off it? What do I do?

You need to pay for a facebook ad.First of all,start raw,and make a facebook fan page.Facebook will themselves offer you to display this page to the right of the facebook page.Once you make the fan page,just go to your fan page settings and check out the ads tab.Over there,you would have to choose which countries you want to display your ads in.More the countries,more the cost.
