Can I develop facebook apps in C# ASP .Net?

I have asked this question 2 days ago but nobody answered may be because it didn't come to the notice of the right people so, here it goes again:

I want to develop some facebook apps but the problem is that i don't know PHP, I know C#. Is there any way to make facebook apps in C# or do I need to hire a PHP developer?

PHP, MySQL or .NET framework if your using a virtual server. If you can find a framework for C# then go ahead and use that. But if you know the C Language you should take up PHP. The PHP Server itself was built on C and the languages are similar.
