How do I delete the map from my facebook timeline?

I don't want to delete locations... I don't want to edit where I've been. I want to disable the "Locations" map. I don't want it to appear on my timeline. I want it gone.

Is there a way to completely disable/delete the "Locations" map from your Timeline?

those boxes in the top right are called "Favorites"

click the little arrow to the right of them, and you can set up which ones display there

you can remove the locations map one that way

Go on your profile
Click arrow next to the other favorites
Go to the top right corner of the Map box (the pencil icon)
Click Remove from Favorites
Done!
