My laptop caught a facebook virus, I'm seeing ads on my facebook wall?

What can I do? I ran malware bytes on safe mode, it detected 4 trojans and I got rid of them but I'm still seeing the image above.
it is the laptop, everyone that logins to facebook through this laptop sees those ads. I logged in on my other laptop and I never see those ads.

It's probably not your laptop. More than likely, you've installed an app within facebook that is doing this. Remove any recent or odd app.
This happened to me recently and I just got tired of facebook and closed down my account.

If you can help it at all, don't run MalwareBytes in safe mode, it was created to be run in regular mode.
SUPERAntiSpyware is the program you want to use to remove ad related malware, it's free:

http://www.superantispyware.com/

Then install adblock plus into your browser.

Follow the address in the photo ( Control Panel > Program and features ) > find your browser which you were using while getting the virus > Double click on your browser ( e.g Chrome, Firefox, IE ... ) > Uninstall it > If you dont have the browser setup > use another browser to download it ( easily by searching google e.g "Download Chrome/FireFox ) > And re-install your browser.

While searching the "Programs and features" for your browser.. see if you can find any other program called "Yontoo" or "PageRage" if you could find, uninstall them too.

Enjoy your ad free facebook.
Let me know if you still have problems.

Do not install any program in order to get rid of the PageRage shit, that'll make it worse. Just uninstall your browser and re-install it again.
