Why do I heard advertisements when I open the internet?

Whenever I open Google chrome I hear "congratulations you've won" or something about cleaning detergent. Even if i open something without audio ads like Facebook or yahoo or simply Google, the audio of the ad would appear but there would be no visual ad. What is it and how do i get rid of it?

This is a very intrusive advertisement. The way you describe it makes me think that you may be infected with malware You probably went to a malicious website. To be on the safe side you should run a malware removal tool. If you don't have one, search the Web for a good one.
