How to hide friends on facebook from people that are not your friends?

So I tried playing with the setting under only friends can see my friends but when I search myself not logged into my facebook I still see my list of friends. How do some people have that setting where their friends do not pop up when you click on their page????? Please help.

Go to your account setting and scroll down to Privacy. Click manage. Next click 'Profile' which will appear on top. Change the options there. Don't forget to save changes
