Facebook Question about Sending Message and Files & then deleting entire Convo.?

If you send a couple of Jpeg files to someone on face book that allows messaging but ISNT in your friends list
and then immediately block that person, will that other person still be able to view the message and photo's?
Its an extremely long story where someone is stalking me and i finally found there profile, sent them proof and now I want to block. But want to make sure that they actually see what i have sent.
Also if i block they wont be able to reply right?

if you block them they wont be able to reply, but they will still be able to read the past messages and access the attachments (just like how email works)
