My Twitter account was suspended....? (Please help!!)?

So I emailed them and they replied with this:

I'VE NO IDEA WHAT THAT MEANS! And I really want my account back! What does it want me to do, I don't understand? Please help!<3

BONUS QUESTION: I lost all my followers, will I get them back if my account gets unsuspended?
My main question is: Can you please explain to me the reply they gave me step by step so I can get my account back, thank you.
