Should I give up on her?

There's this girl I met in a summer program that I liked but tbh I was to shy to talk to her so in the last 2 weeks of the program I found her on twitter and we stayed talking there but not in person so on the last week I was going to talk to her but I swear always something came up so I couldn't so recently she unfollowed me and seemed to show no interest in me until I texted her again a couple days ago and she replied with a good reply and after that when I replied she blocked me so basically do I still have a chance with her like I really love this girl even tough some of my friends say she isn't good looking but I don't care she is for me but Idk how to fix this I need some help/advice please be serious and not say any dumb stuff like forget her move on or anything like that I truly love this girl
