How to get rid of obsessed guy?

I met this guy at homecoming and we danced and talked together. Ever since then though, he's been over-the-top creepy. He always tries to talk to me when I'm with my friends (he doesn't know them) and gets upset when I don't really pay him attention because my friends and I are talking. He stares at me to the point where I'm uncomfortable. He Facebook stalks me (I know this because he added all my siblings as friends, even my brother and sister who graduated from high school many many years back, he likes all the pictures I'm tagged in, talks about me in his statuses with obvious code words that he thinks I don't understand, and his profile picture is one with me in it).

I don't really know how to tell him that I'm not interested in him because he never really openly stated that he liked me. What should I do?

You can either confront him or ignore him. If you confront him, just tell him directly that you think he's behaving inappropriately and want him to leave you alone. Maybe he will get upset, but he will also probably be embarrassed enough to keep his distance. If you ignore him, you have to be consistent. No saying hi or chatting just to be polite. Block him online too, you can change your settings so that only friends see your info.
