Friends that show up in your box for friends on Facebook Timeline?

Do they look at your page? Ive read multiple articles saying its a privacy concern for FB. Is it true that those are the people checking out your page? Just wondering, Thanks

dont knwo what exaclty u want to ask..

if u have done ur privacy settings.. then its u to choose who can see ur profile and friends list etc etc
do u want all to see ur profile and contacts list , do u want only ur friends on facebook to see it or do u want none to see it... it all depends on ur privacy settings.. do it as u want.. use the customize option there in settings.. for example go to contact list , click edit to change its settings, click customize and select either only me, friends , friends or friends etc etc as u want them...

and in timeline.. under the cover image to the right there is a drop down area next to 'activity log' click on that arrow icon and click view as, there u can see how u profile appears to others,,,
