make facebook tagged pictures into profile pictures?

i was wondering if there was a way to make a tagged photo of you someone uploaded onto facebook into your profile picture. Like the same picture instead of saving it to your computer and then uploading it yourself a second time that way you can already have the tags, likes and comments on the same one!

you can just select "make profile picture" under options, but you will have to crop it into a square then, and the tags wont be there, nor will the likes and comments

so i guess the answer to your question is no
