How can I get people on Twitter to see my tweets if I have no followers?

And Twitter visits are worth a lot of points. Is there a way for my posts to be seen if I have no followers?

If you really need people to see your tweets, you can always purchase Twitter followers from a website like WebTrafficCheetah. You can get quite a large amount of followers for a decent price.
