How can you go on someones facebook profile without having to add them as a friend?

there is this girl i know who i have a feeling has been writing mean things about her on her facebook. i tried adding her as a friend but she keeps declining and she refuses to accept my friends as well. is there a way i can just ge ton her profile i see what she says without having to be friends with her?
