how do i leave some a comment on twitter i no how silly that sounds but i cant work twitter out at all.???

You can't really "comment" on twitter posts the same way you do with a blog.

Twitter is designed around a "conversation" style model, so the best thing to do is to "reply" to the person sending the tweet. Preface your tweet with @[username] where [username] is the name of the person to whom you wish to reply.

This is commonly referred to as an @reply.

Some other commonly used twitter shorthand:

RT = Retweet. IF you want to retweet someone else's posting, so that it goes out to your followers, it is considered courtesy to preface the tweet with RT @[username} where [username} is the name of the person who originated the tweet.

# = hashtag = prefacing a keyword with the hash mark (#) allows you to tag your tweet with keywords that can be searchable by other users, or allow you to contribute to a trending topic. For example, #imichaeljackson was used to tag tweets related to Michael Jackson.
