Facebook Privacy settings for Likes?

For my interests page on Facebook, I want to hide some of my interests but still keep getting news updates from them. For example, if I Liked the band Simple Plan on Facebook but didn't want it to appear in my interests for music and still wanted to get news updates from them, how could I manage this?
@abraXus, when I go to the page of interest and unlike the page, I can't find the subscribe button.
