Best tablet pc for me?

I have been shopping around for months for the tablet for me but, I can't find information on what I want to use it for. I do not want an iPad and I prefer android. I have also been finding that well some have great software there are manufacturers flaws (such as nexus 7 screen coming unglued). My range is up to $300. The things I need it to do in order of importance:

1) Be durable (not going to break with adult use)
2) Pinterest
3) Facebook (along with games if possible please someone tell me if it is or not)
4) Obviously full access to google play
5) Netflix
6) Listen to audio books
7) prefer 9" but, not needed

Another quick question with expandable memory does it work like a smart phone where you can not play apps off of it or is it different.
I've already done plenty of research online....

a good tablet that you should get would be the blackberry playbook
its better than the iPad for example and it's better than it in every way
on the playbook you've got a 7" screen with good resolution
colors and text look very good on the screen
the speaker on the playbook is also very good
the sound is high and clear
so the playbook can be used as your own small private theatre
the playbook runs in os2.0 which is amazing its fast and very smooth and it's way better and faster than iOS or android
the tablet offers true mutlitasking so for example you can shoot a video then go to play a game when you come back you find that the video would still be shooting
the web browser is amazing
its very fast and it also supports flash
so you can have the full desktop sites experience on your tablet
the in screen keyboard is also very good and you would have no problem typing in it
Facebook app is present
and so are apps and games
typing on the playbook is no problem at all
battery life is also very good
the playbook also has dual cameras the front facing camera on the playbook alone is better than most if not all tablets back facing camera
and both of them are capable of taking full 1080p HD videos
the playbook is available in 3 versions the 16,34 and 64 gb
and it's cheap
overall the playbook is an amazing tablet and you should get it
