How do I find a list of Groups on facebook? For example, where can I type in Madonna to see a list of all the Madonna Groups/

The search bar...then on the left-hand side there is a list of different types of things there are (apps, people, pages, groups, etc). Click groups in that list to narrow it down to groups only.

I believe you can type it in the search bar at the top of your home screen.
