How do i hide what groups i've joined from my facebook friends?

I've joined a quit smoking group on facebook but want to hide it from friends in case i fail to stop yet again how do i do this.

go to your profile, find the thing you liked, click on the cross at its right and then you're good

if you go on your profile it should come up with recent activities and if you hover over the group that u have joined there will be a little x to the right just press it and it should go
