Can They Take Legal Action On A Hate Group On Facebook?
My friends made a group on facebook about this guy. Their group were just calling him gay on the clothes he wears like, skinny jeans and tight shirts. THey made 3 groups calling him gay and things like that.

About a week later, out school calls each of them down and suspends them for 3 days and the guy who the group were about was threatening to take them to court about it.

My question is if the guy could take legal action on them for the facebook group.

It's possible he could sue for libel

Depends on where you live and relevant state laws. Could be libel, but could also be cyber stalking as well which is an offense some places.
