How do I get rid of "Download N Save"?
This stupid thing keeps putting ads where they don't belong, on Facebook and Youtube and it's really annoying. I can't find it in my "add and remove programs" and idk where else to look.

If it doesn't have an uninstaller and it's hidden then it's a malware. You should install an anti-virus(Emsisoft has high detection rates) and scan the entire computer after updating the virus definitions.
For more detailed help you can email me.

It's an extension in your browser. I think it's called "wxdownload" or something like that. Remove the extension and it will go away.

Thats whats known as adware, see here for more info: https://www.facebook.com/help/adware

Download and install Malwarebytes Anti Malware then run a scan of your computer, and it should get rid of it. If Malwarebytes doesnt find it, also try various other highly rated anti malware apps, such as SuperAntiSpyware and Spybot Search and Destroy. Sometimes these types of program work better when run in windows safe mode, and some have the ability to do a scan before windows starts up, that way they run before the malware has a chance to start its stealth mode defence systems.

BTW After you have got rid of the malware, a great way to remove the normal ads on facebook is to install the FB Purity browser extension, its 100% safe & has lots of features for keeping your facebook clean: http://fbpurity.com
