How to get Likes Facebook Contests?

I don't have a very large friend pool to ask this question to so I leave it to the world.

Contests that require likes on a photos, posts or votes of sorts..

Can anyone recommend a efficient way to acquire likes without a massive amount of friends in contests such as the one in the following link. http://goo.gl/1ix9Y

Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you.

Videos and pictures (ie your own). Most I've met can't be bothered with overly insightful or thought provoking updates (not accusing you of this, I've just found this to be the case). If you post a picture or especially a video of yourself/yourself doing something silly, people don't have to sit there and read anything and they may come see your page more regularly. If you do decide on videos, post one a week at the SAME time so people learn to know when to expect something new from you.

I've got this one lady friend on my list (I'm not a very popular person so I just keep 90% of people's updates switched on on my wall and read/like here and there) - real knowitall, real philisophical type of person (oh-so wise and knowing) - I hate that kind of personality but know she's a good person so I don't unfriend her. The philisophical rants (I think) are annoying.
