How do you delete facebook friends from the latest layout?

I need to delete a friend, not a page or a group, but a friend off of facebook. I knew how it worked on the old layout, but I can't seem to find anywhere on how to delete somebody... help? Thanks a bunch for your GOOD answers

But it should be just the same, you go to the bottom of the page and it should say, '' suggest friends, delete from friends, etc. '' Click on delete friend, and done.

Under account on the right side of the page there is an option to edit friends, then on the mid right side of the page under list there is an option to click it says friends just click that then all your friends pop up with little X's on the right just click the X next to the friend you wish to delete. have fun deleting

Go to his/her profile and click "Remove" link.
