Is there any way to block people from commenting on your facebook profile picture?

On facebook i remember someone had this privacy setting thing where you cant comment on your photos and i want to do that for my profile picture. How do i ?

click on 'Account' at the top right of the page.
Click on Privacy settings.
Click on customize settings at the bottom of the page.
Scroll all the way down to where it says 'Edit privacy settings for existing photo albums and videos.' and click on that.
Change the privacy settings for your Profile Pictures.
