You cant delete timeline it is permament

Timeline is now default and universl once you get into it you cannot change or roll back into normal wall interface. So it cannot be deleted or removed.

The only way to really delete timeline is to delete your facebook account, apart from that it cant be done.
You can however view all Timeline pages in the old style single column layout format if you install the safe and highly rated FB Purity web browser extension.
